What a proper install includes
Layout to your aisle and sprinkler requirements, frames plumbed and shimmed, every base plate anchored, beam safety locks fitted, row spacers on back-to-back rows, guards at aisle ends, and load capacity signs posted.
Relocations and teardowns
Moving buildings? We dismantle, inspect, transport and reinstall your existing racking, and replace damaged pieces from our used stock.
Supplied, installed and certified
Whatever system you choose, RackGuy handles it end to end: components from our used stock where it makes sense, installation by our own crews, and a PSR and load signage so it's ready for inspection. How certification works.

How long does a racking installation take?
A typical crew installs dozens of bays per day depending on height and access. We give you a schedule with the quote.
Do you install racking we bought elsewhere?
Yes, as long as the components are in good condition and capacities are known.
Do you work after hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend installs can be arranged to keep your warehouse running.
