Carton flow racking

Carton flow uses sloped wheel or roller shelves so cases slide to the picker as the one in front is taken. Pickers stop walking and reaching, restocking happens from the back, and rotation stays first in, first out.

Drop it into rack you already have

Carton flow beds can hang between existing pallet rack beams, so you can turn the bottom levels of a selective row into a pick module and keep reserve pallets above.

Supplied, installed and certified

Whatever system you choose, RackGuy handles it end to end: components from our used stock where it makes sense, installation by our own crews, and a PSR and load signage so it's ready for inspection. How certification works.

Common questions

Can carton flow be added to existing pallet racking?

Yes. Most carton flow beds mount to standard step beams. We check beam size and spacing first.

What's the right slope for carton flow?

It depends on carton weight and bottom material. Light or soft cartons need more slope. We set slope during install.

Carton flow vs shelving?

Shelving is cheaper for slow movers. Carton flow pays off for fast movers where picking speed and rotation matter.
