Pallet flow racking

Pallet flow rack uses sloped roller lanes. Load pallets at the high end and gravity carries them to the pick face, with speed controllers keeping things smooth. Oldest stock always comes out first.

Designed around your pallets

Flow lanes depend on pallet weight, bottom-board style and condition. We design lanes around the pallets you actually use, which matters more than any other choice in a flow system.

Used structure, new lanes

Used flow lanes are uncommon and wear-sensitive. A common way to save is used structural frames and beams with new roller lanes.

Supplied, installed and certified

Whatever system you choose, RackGuy handles it end to end: components from our used stock where it makes sense, installation by our own crews, and a PSR and load signage so it's ready for inspection. How certification works.

Common questions

How does pallet flow racking work?

Pallets roll down a slightly sloped lane of rollers from the loading end to the picking end. Brakes control speed and a separator holds back the next pallet while the front one is removed.

Is pallet flow racking worth the cost?

For date-sensitive products or high pick rates, yes. It enforces first in, first out and separates loading from picking.

What pallets work on flow lanes?

Good-condition pallets with consistent bottom boards run best. We test with your pallets during design.
