Green, amber, red

Damage is graded by severity. Red means unload now. Amber means repair soon and keep loads off. Green means monitor. You get a bay-by-bay report so you know exactly what to fix first.

Supplied, installed and certified

Whatever system you choose, RackGuy handles it end to end: components from our used stock where it makes sense, installation by our own crews, and a PSR and load signage so it's ready for inspection. How certification works.

Common questions

How often should pallet racking be inspected?

CSA A344 calls for regular inspection. Many sites do a formal annual inspection plus routine walkthroughs by trained staff.

Can damaged uprights be repaired?

Sometimes. Engineered repair kits can replace the damaged section. Otherwise the frame is replaced, often from our used stock the same week.

What should I do after a forklift hits the rack?

Unload the affected bay if damage is visible, keep people clear, and have it assessed before reloading.
